I have an undergraduate degree in Community Health from the University of North Florida and a master's from Saint Leo University in Educational Leadership. I have been a tutor for 15 years, and I have worked with students at many different levels. Reading is my favorite subject because it is easy and natural. We have all heard the adage that "Reading is Fundamental." I could not agree with it more, and I also believe that every student, no matter their situation, can become a true learner. My objective as a tutor is to help a student find the best strategies that will give them success to not only conquer whatever their reading deficiency may be but also create in them a lifelong love of reading. I can provide tutoring in Reading, of course, as well as Writing, Phonics, Literature, Public Speaking, and English. I live in Jacksonville, Florida. When I am not tutoring, I enjoy singing, bowling, crafting, sewing, and refurbishing old items.
