i am finishing up my second bachelor's degree in Spanish at UNF. Previously, I studied psychology. I have all A's in all the upper level Spanish classes I have taken. This is a subject I'm really passionate about so I would love to share that with someone else. I am able to work with all levels. It is beneficial that I am in the process of taking my classes because all the material is fresh in my mind and I also have access to professors so that if I can't answer a question I can run it by my professor. I believe that language is about practice just like anything else. My goal with students is to build writing, reading, and speaking skills, starting basically and then moving on to more advanced levels.
Experience
Right now, I am a tutor at the UNF tutoring center. I have taken both Spanish literature and Spanish language AP and received a 5 (the highest scores) on both of them. My college course work includes classes on composition, conversation, literature, and culture. I also have my teacher certification for teaching Spanish in public school. My goal is to teach Spanish so this would be a great way to start.
