I graduated the University of North Florida in 2014 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree and a minor in Painting/Drawing/Printmaking. I am also TEFL certified.
Experience
I just returned from teaching English abroad in Thailand for the past 8 months. I had a chance to experience teaching and tutoring in all grade school subjects. I taught children from the age of 2 to 17. Why Tutor? Although I had to return to the States, I would love to continue teaching. I enjoyed sharing my knowledge and giving insight to young children and helping them form a better future for themselves. Being able to see their progress, as well as watch them become more confident in themselves was a wonderful thing. While in Thailand, I found myself enjoying more of the one-on-one tutor time. It brought me happiness to know I was helping some children that were often overlooked in other classes. I have infinite amounts of patience for them.
