Experience

My primary qualifications include a B2 Level Diploma de Español Como Lengua Extranjera Certification. I have completed all lower level and most upper level Spanish courses in both university and high school, including Spanish AP's. I also have done time working at summer camp in New Hampshire with children between eight and thirteen years old. I'm looking to be a tutor to help foster a love of the Spanish language and culture in other students, hopefully leading them to be able to have the same amazing study aborad experiences I have been lucky enough to have.

Hobbies

Hi! Iḿ Emily. I grew up in San Antonio, Texas where I learned my basic spanish skills. I am the youngest of five children and totally understand how hectic life can be trying to juggle everything. My main hobbies are knitting and reading (in english and spanish). This year I'm president of the on campus knitting club and am a member of the Coggin Delegation, the buddy program for international students at UNF. I love learning about new cultures and planning future Spanish travel experiences.
