I have been doing extensive tutoring since 2001, when I retired from my analytical support for the US Navy and Marine Corps. My tutoring experience includes all mathematics levels from 6/7 grade to differential equations. I enjoy working with people and get special pleasure when my students understand something for the first time. My work for the Navy required explaining complex analyses and their consequences to senior decision makers who were not necessarily expert in the technical details of the analysis. This skill has proven invaluable in my tutoring experience.
